Bangladesh Day was held at Abdullah Gül University (AGU) as part of the Intercultural Event Series initiated by the International Office and International Student Club. Bangladesh Day event, jointly organized with the AGU International Association, was held at the Rectorate Conference Hall of the Sümer Campus.
At the event, Bangladeshi students introduced their culture and country to other Turkish and international students and other AGU members participating in the event.
In the event, which started with information about the history of the project, Bangladeshi students talked about their culture, the history of their country, with their presentations and other performances. Bangladeshi students also introduced their traditional attire.
Students, who gave social, cultural, geographical and historical information about their countries, offered local food to the participants at the end of the event.
